Orders
How do I place an order? ▼
Visit our shop page, browse products, and add items to your cart. Click on the cart icon, review your items, enter your shipping and billing information, choose a payment method, and complete checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.
Can I modify my order after placing it? ▼
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can modify it. Contact us at hello@paperhue.com within 2 hours of placing the order with your request. If it has already shipped, you can return and reorder instead using our 7-day return policy.
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), net banking, and UPI payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted with SSL technology.
Is my payment information secure? ▼
Yes, absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never store complete credit card details. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways that comply with PCI DSS standards.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does processing take? ▼
Standard items process within 2-5 business days. Custom orders take 7-14 business days. Peak seasons (holidays) may take 5-10 business days. Processing time doesn't include delivery time. You'll receive a shipping notification once your order is dispatched.
What are the shipping costs? ▼
Shipping is FREE on orders over ₹500. Orders below ₹500 have a flat shipping fee of ₹49. Express delivery (2-3 days) is available in major cities for an additional fee. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How do I track my order? ▼
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. Click the link to view real-time delivery updates. You can also check your account page to see all your orders and their status. Tracking updates typically appear within a few hours of dispatch.
What if my package is delayed? ▼
Delays can occur due to weather, traffic, or courier issues. Check your tracking for updates. If delayed beyond the estimated date, contact us at hello@paperhue.com. We'll investigate and keep you updated. Most delays resolve within a few days.
Do you ship internationally? ▼
Currently, we ship within India only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our team at hello@paperhue.com. We're exploring international shipping options and would love to hear your interest!
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy? ▼
We offer a 7-day return guarantee on unused, original condition items. Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached. Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless defective. For detailed information, see our Shipping & Returns page.
How do I start a return? ▼
Email returns@paperhue.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of purchase. We'll respond with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label.
How long does refund processing take? ▼
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The refund is credited to your original payment method, which may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Can I exchange items instead of returning? ▼
Yes! We offer free exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products (if equal or lower value). Contact returns@paperhue.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for. We'll process it quickly at no additional cost.
