We provide prepaid return shipping labels for all eligible returns. Simply use the label we provide to ship your item back to us free of charge.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Credit may take an additional 2-5 days to appear in your account.

Can I return custom/personalized items?

Personalized items cannot be returned unless defective. However, if there's a quality issue, we'll replace or refund the item.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Report damage within 48 hours with photos to hello@paperhue.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
